Tax Policy
You agree that you as buyer and we as seller are responsible for determining the amount of sales, use or other taxes that you may owe as a result of your Marketplace purchase. You also agree that as seller we are responsible to collect, to report and to remit any sales, use or other taxes as may be required under applicable law. You agree (a) that Rakuten.com has no responsibility to collect, report or remit sales, use or any other applicable taxes in connection with your purchase, and (b) to fully indemnify, defend and hold Rakuten.com harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, awards, fines, costs, expenses and liability in any way associated with foregoing. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Rakuten.com currently automatically charges sales tax with respect to any marketplace products shipped to California.

Shipping Locations

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or FPO Boxes. We use a variety of shippers, some of whom do not allow delivery to PO Boxes. To prevent the need to cancel your order after it has been placed, we do not allow orders to ship to any PO Boxes for any orders. Additionally, there are certain restrictions on exporting certain kinds of technology outside of the United States. These restrictions complicate or prevent our suppliers from shipping products to APO or FPO mailboxes. As a result, we do not ship to any APO Boxes or FPO Boxes.

 

Delivering Your Package

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday.  We do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.  Please note that all orders received on Friday may not be processed until Monday.  Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).


At C-Preme, our goal is your satisfaction - we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience.  Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can return it within 30 days. Items must be in new condition with stickers and hanger card still attached.  Simply return the item for exchange, refund, or credit.

Please contact us by email at info@c-preme.com with ANY issue and we will attempt to resolve it immediately.  If the resolution includes returning the product, our return policy and return process is as follows:

If we shipped and sold your item, then you can return those items to us within thirty (30) days of the ship date. This policy does not apply if a different return policy is stated on the item's listing information.

Once you have accessed your Order History, then please locate the specific order that you wish to inquire about.

What to do if Your Order has been Shipped or Delivered
If your order has already shipped, then you can click the 'Contact Seller' link (under the 'Available Actions' header to the right of the order listing) to access a Web form you may use to contact us. Rakuten.com Shopping holds its marketplace sellers to high standards of quality, so you can expect a response back within one business day after contacting us.

What to do if Your Order is being Processed
If your order has not shipped, then you can click on our name in messaging located under 'Available Actions' to open up an email message with our email address already populated. Rakuten.com Shopping holds its marketplace sellers to high standards of quality, so you can expect a response back from within one business day after contacting us.

If you do not see the 'Contact Seller' link or if we have not responded after one business day, then please feel free to contact Rakuten.com Shopping at 1-800-800-0800.
